These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DailyStash websites (daily-stash.com, dailystash.app), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About DailyStash

DailyStash is a personal content library that helps you save, organize, and rediscover content from third-party platforms using metadata, AI summaries, and search. DailyStash is owned and operated in Canada. Some features may be offered in early access or preview before general availability.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Early access and pre-launch

If you subscribe for early access, you agree that we may email you about preview builds, beta programs, and launch updates. Early access features may change, be limited, or withdrawn without notice. The Service is provided during pre-launch on an "as available" basis.

4. Your account and responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure;
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service;
  • Respect intellectual property rights of content creators and third-party platforms;
  • Not use the Service to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

5. Saved content and third-party platforms

DailyStash stores metadata and links to content that remains on original platforms. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Your use of Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, YouTube, and other platforms is subject to their respective terms. You are responsible for how you save and use content.

6. Intellectual property

The DailyStash name, logo, website, app design, and original materials are owned by DailyStash or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Paid plans

If paid subscriptions are offered, pricing and features will be disclosed at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a specific offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILYSTASH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which DailyStash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer protection laws in your region require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
